If I only had a few things to do, I probably wouldn't use a GTD system, but that is not my case. After decades of Covey, earlier this year I found an electronic application that allows me to view my entire GTD at work on my Win machine, at home on my Macs and even on my cell phone. And another app lets me call in tasks to my GTD without any writing or typing, great for those thoughts that hit me while driving, and that did it for me. My stress level has dramatically improved as I no longer worry about forgetting those important tasks. I've written about my experiences with GTD in a blog post at http://johnkendrick.wordpress.com/2008/03/27/more-getting-things-done/ John

For implementing GTD you might try out this web-based application:

http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version and iCal are available too.

Hope you like it.

Hi. I prefer Passpack to Clipperz.
Passpack uses AES 256-bit with host-proof-hosting pattern as Clipperz, but offers more functionality. For example, Passpack supports import/export, backup/restore, a full functional offline version, anti-phishing mechanism, quick-search, tags. Moreover, its 1-click login works contestually to the site and improve my user experience. What do you think about?

hi,

piviau does encode videos. but it need ffmpeg and flvtool2 to be setup. i can encode them on the fly (when a vistor view the page for the 1st time) or when you add the video to your collection.

the reason for renaming the fly on top of the database : portability. i can drag my site on a new hoster without have to care for the db. i would just copy the files over and reindex.

i would be glad to further help you on the intallation of piviau.
